Very fluffy and kid-friendly.
Thick, fluffy pancakes with caramelized banana and a drizzle of maple syrup. Weekend brunch perfection.

Mash bananas in a bowl. Whisk in eggs and milk.
Fold in flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until just combined. Don't overmix.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges set, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 more minute.
Stack pancakes, top with sliced banana, and drizzle with maple syrup.
