Simple perfection — San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil on a crispy crust.

Servings
Preheat oven to 250°C (480°F) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet.
Stretch dough into a round on a floured surface. Don't use a rolling pin.
Crush tomatoes by hand and spread evenly, leaving a 2cm border. Season with salt.
Tear mozzarella into pieces and distribute over the sauce.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and charred.
Top with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Slice and serve.
