Terms of Service

Qooki is a recipe platform for discovering, saving, creating, importing, and sharing cooking inspiration. By using Qooki, you agree to these terms and to use the service responsibly.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to use online services in your country and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for your account, password, and activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use Qooki to post or distribute unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, dangerous, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or spam content. Do not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, or automate Qooki in a way that harms the service or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of recipes, reviews, collections, profile details, photos, links, and other content you submit to Qooki. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit, publish, and share it.

By submitting content, you grant Qooki a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and make technical adaptations of that content for the purpose of operating, securing, improving, and promoting Qooki.

Recipe import tools help you transform source material into a Qooki recipe. Do not use them to copy protected expression, images, stories, commentary, or other material you do not have permission to use. Provide attribution where required.

Public visibility

Public recipes, profiles, collections, reviews, comments, and photos may be available to other users, search engines, and structured-data consumers. Content that is private, hidden, or pending review may remain visible to you while being unavailable to other users.

Moderation, reports, and enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor content and activity on Qooki. We may remove or restrict content, block actions, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve records when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or operate the service.

You can report recipe, profile, collection, review, copyright, or content safety concerns to abuse@qooki.app. Where appropriate, we may provide notice of enforcement decisions and a way to appeal.

Copyright and repeat infringers

Do not upload or import content you do not have rights to use. We may remove reported infringing content and terminate repeat infringers. Copyright or abuse reports can be sent to abuse@qooki.app.

Food safety and health information

Recipes, nutrition information, cooking times, recommendations, and other content on Qooki are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, storage, and dietary suitability yourself. Qooki is not a medical, nutrition, or food-safety adviser.

Availability and service changes

Qooki is provided as an evolving service. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms when the service changes, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Ending access

You may stop using Qooki at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, create risk for Qooki or other users, or if we discontinue all or part of the service. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid features

If Qooki offers paid features, the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases may also be governed by the app store provider's billing terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qooki is provided as is and without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
